AI Technicians Program
A Track Record of Training AI Technicians
Over the past five years, 83 trainees (warrant officers, officers, and NCOs) have successfully completed rigorous, full-time training, then transitioned into postings at Pittsburgh's Army Intelligence Integration Center (AI2C). Their integration into the AI2C posting starts with a four-month collaborative capstone, working on real AI2C projects, and guided by mentors from both CMU and AI2C.

AI Technicians: Program Structure
AI User: Practical AI Literacy Training. No code. No Math.
- Teaches the capabilities, limitations and risks of AI-enabled tools, from ChatGPT and similar engines, to lane-keeping features in cars, to specialized tools in your workplace.
- The training is appropriate for anyone with at least a high school education.
- Online self-paced simulated job scenarios in different fields: evaluating AI systems.
- Use with existing online learning system, or introduce in a classroom with lectures or other activities.
